Under the Spotlight

You browse through the vine, and often you find the most delightful article that either makes your day or changes some concept you have on something......... but sometimes these gems are hidden away behind a lot of other stuff that seems to hide them because there are just so many good articles to get through.

It occurred to me it would be a great idea if the Vine was able to put the spotlight on this hidden talent.

I see it as working in this way:

- a person is selected at random, and he or she is 'IT' for that week...

- links are provided to the articles of that person, as well as the groups they belong to, and friends are noted

- an open enquiry page is opened up that all can see and write to that allows the person involved to express their ideas on life and others can question him/her on how he reached these conclusions, and so on

As long as personal attacks were not included, and this remained professional, I feel this could add an exciting new element to the vine and would add to the cross flow of communication and stimulate discussion in all sorts of areas we never knew could be interesting..
